Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups for cover:all purpose flour, salt to taste


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 cups for filling: mince chicken


  • 1/2 cups mashed potato


  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped


  • 1 nos finely chopped onion


  • 2 nos cheese cubes


  • 1 tsp garam masala or meat masala


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 nos for chutney: mint leaves:handful


  • 1 nos coriander leaves,handful


  • 2-3 nos curry leaves


  • 2 nos garlic


  • 3-4 nos raw mango wedges


  • 3-4 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar or jaggery


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 nos ice cubes


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Take maida , salt, carron seeds in a bowl and knead it to soft dough. And Keep it aside
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutter add onion , green chilli and salt to taste. Let onion turn translucent.
  • Add mince chicken and cover for a minute. Add boiled potato , meat masala and salt , mix it well and cover.
  • Roll a roti with the dough and with a knife cut it in square. Join all edges in centre and flip it. Take some mixture and put it in centre , grate some cheese on top and Join each edge and with use of water bind it. Next flip it and open each petal.
  • Brush some oil and bake for 5 minutes.
  • For chutney take all ingredients and grind it to smooth paste along with ice cubes.
  • garnish flower samosa and chutney with chia seeds and Serve hot baked kheema cheesy samosa with chilled spicy mint chutney.
